Closures of Unfunded Wallets

Post by mistaPhi »

New Update to Bitcoin Wallets

An update was just installed to start terminating registered wallets that have never been used or funded.

Going forward, wallets that are not funded within 10 days of registration will be terminated. Email notifications will be sent to end users to maintain visibility and awareness of looming wallet closures. Existing wallet holders that have not funded their wallets have 7 days to take action before their wallets are terminated.

Why this Update?

a) There are currently over 350 registered wallets that have never been funded. These wallets date back to March 2024 and only serve to waste server and network resources. With this update, the system will no longer send hundreds of automated emails to the end users. Considering that such emails are likely never read, this will help prevent the mail server from being blacklisted or being reported as a source of spam. The termination of these wallets will also provide resources that can be strategically used for future design & development.

b) With the release and current performance of the Stimulus Generator, the system doesn't really need more people to perform efficiently. This is not to say that continued growth and adoption wouldn't help the platform to perform even better, but it's to say that more adoption isn't needed at this time. The system now has plenty of time to grow and produce acceptable returns for all wallet holders and growth strategies. At this stage, the wallets offer much more value to end users than end users can provide for the platform. All praise to the Most High and His Son!

c) This update will help prep existing users for new opportunities to earn even more Bitcoin in the future. Not gonna disclose the details at this time but the goal is to put more Bitcoin into the pockets of participants that continue to support the platform.

Final opportunity for wallet holders that have not used their wallets

None of you guys really deserve this and many of you may not get the email or stumble across this post in time. But for those that do, check out this thread on how to get 1000 Sats for free. Note that this is a limited time offer so get in where you fit in.

Understand that when it comes to Bitcoin, it's always smart to stack sats because the price of Bitcoin in the future will inevitably be much higher than it is today. Imagine $1 in BTC today being worth $10 in the next 4 years, and $100 in the next 8 years. Combine this with the Bitcoin-earning features of the wallet and that 1000 sats could be closer to 10,000 sats in 8 years (and you don't even have to touch your wallet b/c it will automatically earn more Bitcoin for you).

Wake up people, learn Bitcoin, and learn how these wallets can greatly enhance your Bitcoin experience... Or not.

Built-in Consolation Prize

As a parting gift to those that register for wallets and never fund them, know that the system will also ban your email address from future wallet registrations. This is a nice & subtle way to deter critics from registering in the first place.

Thanks for the housekeeping MistaPhi and incentive for people to go-live with the wallets, over a year ago now so they've lost a good head-start :icon_e_sad: It's never too late to start today!! :icon_e_biggrin:

That's for sure... But check the stats thus far:

380 emails sent
137 viewed
5 clicks to wallet sites
5 clicks to forum post to get 1000 sats
0 wallets funded or claimed 1k sats

Can't say that they didn't know! LOL

I can't complain though b/c it saves me about $400 in BTC.

The system will send 3 more daily reminders for the last 3 days and then the housekeeping will kick in.
