Affiliate ID - Your TexitCoin Affiliate ID
Email Address - The email address that you would like to receive notifications to
Team Name - The name of your team
Team Link (optional) - The url of your website or preferred social media page
Display Frequency - How often you want your Affiliate ID to be displayed in your team's rotation. Specify a number of 1 or above. 1 indicates that your affiliate link will be used for every other display. 10 indicates that your affiliate link will be displayed after every 10 displays.
