Is Bitcoin Still a Good Investment in 2025?

Hey everyone,

During the current crypto revolution, which includes institutional adoption and the development of AI-based altcoins, you want an update regarding Bitcoin's future investment potential through 2025.

The BTC ecosystem maintains that it exhibits characteristics akin to digital gold instead of functioning as a growth asset. BTC has established a more stable range of value than alternative coins. Still, its reduced volatility indicates it will no longer offer the same exceptional gains from previous years. On the other hand, institutions are still buying, new ETFs are launching, and Layer 2 solutions like the Lightning Network are improving Bitcoin’s scalability.

A few questions to spark discussion:

• Do you still see Bitcoin hitting $100k+ in the next bull cycle?
• Is it still worth DCA-ing into BTC, or are altcoins a better opportunity now?
• How do you think regulation will affect Bitcoin’s future?

Any cryptocurrency portfolio that includes Bitcoin functions as a fundamental part because it presents lower risk than alternative coins yet gains value when adoption increases. Your viewpoint about Bitcoin means a great deal to me.

The discussion requires both respect and educational value. I am eager to learn your ideas.

What’s your current BTC strategy? HODL, trade, or move on?

Bitcoin is definitely a good investment in 2025, and will continue to be in the future.

But now in Q2 of 2025, Bitcoin is an exceptionally smart buy, even at a $95K price point. Based on the history of previous cycles and increased adoption, the price of Bitcoin will likely continue to increase over the next 6 months or so. And this presents a great buying opportunity for both traders and hodlers.

* I see Bitcoin surpassing $100K again in this cycle (2025)

* It's always worth DCA-ing into Bitcoin as doing so will result in huge profits in the long run. I wouldn't bet long term on any altcoins.

* Under the Trump administration, regulation should start loosening up a bit; making Bitcoin an even better asset to buy, hold, sell, or trade - particularly since US residents will soon be free from paying capital gains taxes on their Bitcoin profits. This is HUGE!

I have Bitcoin investments that I simply buy & hold, and others that I actively trade. Buying and holding for the long term will undoubtedly yield greater returns but if you have some capital sitting on the side, you can always have a little fun & make a little money trading if you're patient enough.

Of course all of this is just my opinion, but time will show how things plays out and history will likely prove that I was right. If people start buying Bitcoin now with a long term DCA strategy in place, they will be much better off in the future.
