It's been an exciting and educational journey, and things are just getting started.

Check out this video of lessons learned from the past, current updates, and future plans.

Key points to take away
* Stimulus Program is doing what is was designed to do - speed up Credit-to-Bitcoin conversions and increase the APY on Bitcoin returns
* The display of the last 10 wallets under Stimulus Activity are a subset of buy orders in the marketplace
* New and prior incentives remain when buying credits (boost points for 24 hours and an additional 1% on Credits from deposit fees & Stimulus purchases)

Lessons Learned
* Don't waste time & effort trying to convince people that Bitcoin and our Bitcoin wallets are good for them. If they have an ear to hear, they'll discover it for themselves and come.
* Don't waste time seeking investors. Few of them (if any) are really interested in getting more Bitcoin into the pockets of more people.
* Social Media is useless without a large community backing a project like this. So I'll no longer waste time creating free content for other social platforms to profit from.
* Paid advertising is highly restrictive and Youtube Ads/Google Ads are a scam
* SEO companies are a waste of time and money. Better to learn on-page SEO techniques yourself and acquire backlinks organically through consistent and up-to-date content creation

How you can support the platform
* Use the "Refer a Friend" feature of your wallet. Copy the QR code and paste it in your social media profiles.
* Submit Trustpilot reviews about your experience with High Yield BTC or DRIP2BTC
* Share info about the wallets through your own social profiles or by leaving comments/replies in the social posts of others.
* Join and actively post in this forum

Benefits of posting in this forum
* Consistent content will result in greater awareness & adoption of our wallets while increasing revenue for the vault through advertising. This can ultimately result in more Bitcoin in your wallet.
* Connect and interact with other like-minded crypto enthusiasts
* Report Scams, post reviews, and discover resources to support your crypto goals
* Advertise your own project, product, or service and find potential prospects

Future Development
* API for automated Bitcoin payments
* API to bridge Bitcoin with other blockchain assets
* Bitcoin lending protocol
* Bitcoin escrow service
* White label marketplace

Great summary of everything, thanks Mista Phi.

Do you have anymore details on the future development features or is there any post you've already outlined these features/ideas you have?

Thanks,

Nothing more to share publicly... I'll probably do what I always do though. Work on things behind the scenes, drop the update, then announce it. This way, there are no expectation and I can work on things at my own pace.

No pressure... Just like I like it :icon_cool:

Hi Mista Phi,

Would there be benefits to integrate TAPROOT addresses into the platform for privacy protected transfers? These addresses start with bc1p.

If not, could the SegWit (bc1q) addresses be made the default address for each wallet as these are newer, cheaper and faster transfers and I see many users are not using them. Maybe its because they don't know about them. I know Drip Coach did a vid on it a long time ago and you have mentioned it in some of your vids but with the current BitNest rounds, I see so many not using them.

Anyway, just some thoughts.

Thanks,

Yea Digi-Sol... Love the way you think and appreciate the feedback. So let's discuss...

This may be worth considering in the future but updating this wouldn't be too beneficial now, especially considering the amount of work & testing that would be required. The software running on the nodes and the back-end would have to be updated, structure changes to existing tables would have to be made, and quite a bit of design & development would be required. It's much easier to include concepts like this in the initial development but once I have a system running perfectly, I'm not too keen on making huge updates unless it brings in more revenue or it's absolutely necessary. As you know, a single mistyped character can potentially wreak havoc on a perfectly sound system. So an extensive amount of testing would be required.

But the wallet platform itself does offer a higher degree of privacy because outbound payments from wallets are often times sent from different btc addresses than received. So while I'd never advertise the wallets as a mixer, it does complicate the tracking of on-chain transactions. I didn't design it for this purpose but the software's custodianship & utxo management does significantly increase transaction privacy.

That could be an option, but there's a reason that the initial address assigned to a wallet is a P2SH address (starting with 3). Even in 2025, not all wallets and exchanges support Bitcoin payments to bech 32 addresses (starting with bc1). Last time I checked, Kraken is one of them. But just about all wallets & exchanges (if not all) are able to send to P2SH addresses. So it makes sense to create an initial address that can accept Bitcoin from any wallet or platform. Otherwise, some users may get confused or frustrated that their btc address isn't working.

Hope that all makes sense, but keep the questions and ideas coming... It's always good to hear & discuss other ideas. Proshate cha

Ah ok, all thats fair enough. Thanks for the feedback.

Maybe we should do a post on the differences and benefits of the SegWit and P2SH addresses and the benefits if folks used the former.

That's very interesting regarding the privacy aspects of our DCS wallets (not official functionality but a side-effect). I like it!!! :icon_lol:

Not sure if it'll be helpful to most users b/c most of them really don't care how things work... They just want see that it works! LOL But I discussed this in a video a while back and so did coach. But if you'd like to create a post about it and link to either of those videos, that'll be cool... We can never have enough educational content. :)

Indeed... And a quick reference to this is actually hidden in plain site on the home page of the wallets. Bullet point number 4 - Increased Transaction Privacy LOL Of course most people don't read and prefer to follow the crowd or whatever their favorite influencer tells them to do. But key benefits are listed nonetheless and it's up to each person to DYOR. However this just goes to show that everything mentioned on the site (and in the documentation) is the real deal... No fluff, scams, misrepresentations, or deceptions. In other words, it's 100% BT & Bartertown Free 😄 😆 🤣 😂 😅
