Hi everyone,
I recently saw some good discussion about High-Yield BTC Wallet, but I wanted to clarify a couple of key points to make sure people have the correct understanding.
First off, the wallets are custodial, meaning users do not hold the private keys themselves. However, users can set a recovery address in their wallet settings—this is any Bitcoin address they control (including on exchanges or self-custody wallets). If the website becomes unreachable for 7 days or a user doesn't log in for a certain time (configurable from 30 days to 10 years), the system will automatically send the user's BTC balance to that recovery address. This adds a layer of security and peace of mind.
Second, the system doesn’t rely on risky trading or arbitrage to make revenue. Instead, revenue is generated via transaction fees from on-chain deposits, transfers (which can earn the system up to 1 GBP per transfer), and from marketplace activity like buying/selling Credits. There's also a stimulus program, where users buy Credits at a 5–6% discount—this helps generate daily revenue.
Over 80% of this revenue is paid back to users holding Credits, which are kind of like profit-sharing tokens. Each Credit in your wallet converts 1:1 into Bitcoin over time, meaning you’re rewarded passively as the system earns. It’s almost like being a shareholder in a decentralized community bank.
If you're exploring passive Bitcoin income models, this wallet is definitely worth a deeper look.
Question for discussion:
Do you think custodial wallets with auto-recovery and shared revenue models offer a better balance of convenience and security for long-term holders?

Re: Understanding How High-Yield BTC Wallet Works
These wallets are definitely a smart play and for all Bitcoiners. But many don't really get it until they've tried it. Then that light bulb moment occurs and they be like whoa, I wish I'd known about this sooner!
But that's a pretty accurate description of the wallet. More features are available to support many different strategies but when used, these wallets always produce a winning solution for all participants.
